Seems to fail every time I try to add an atom feed with a message of:
Oops, looks like the entered feed URL is either invalid or expired. Please enter a valid and active feed URL to continue.
Even though the feed is valid and active.
e.g. https://github.com/hashicorp/terraform/releases.atom
