Enable Closed Captions in Webex Meetings

I am using 41.3 version of Webex Meeting, but i don't know how to enable Closed Caption.

This may need to be enabled for your account.  The licensing/permissions have to be added to the Webex site and then your Control Hub Administrator has to check that it's assigned to your account.

I am with higher version but I can´t enable the close captions during the webex meeting.
