Error 1000:1

Hello!

 

I work at a law firm's support office. I have been working from home for the past year. We have phone software in our computers and we used to work on TPX UCx, and one day it prompted to update and it changed to Webex.

 

The first few days there were not many problems with the transition from UCx to Webex, I just lost my contacts, but that was all. But then I stopped having access to what the app refers to as "phone services", and I cannot make calls anymore. I log in and the app works fine, but at the bottom it says that my phone services aren't connected. When I go to settings, it mentions "Error 1000:1" and that "the servers are currently unavailable". I have found a bit of info about error 1000:1 on the support articles, and they mention what the problem is, but not how I can solve it.

 

It's worth mentioning the phone services do work in the mobile app in my phone. I have checked my network's settings and my computer's firewall, and nothing seems to be blocking the Webex app.

 

Does anyone have any advice on how to solve my problem? Thanks a lot in advance.
