I am trying to change my profile picture. In the Windows desktop app, I am able to select a new picture and save, however the picture change isn't reflected in the app and I am not given any kind of error message.
I logged into the Webex Teams UI on the web (in Chrome on Windows). I tried changing my profile picture there, and I can see the
POST /avatar/api/v1/profile/<GUID>/session
failing with
{"errorCode":11001,"message":"CI SCIM permision denied for this operation.","errors":[{"errorCode":11001,"description":"CI SCIM permision denied for this operation."}],"trackingId":"<ID>"}
Is this a bug? If it is a permissions configuration by my organization, I would expect to see a user-friendly error message. I also have previously changed my photo successfully, but I haven't been able to in the past week.

If your organization uses Directory Connector to sync profile pictures from AD, you will not have the ability to update your profile picture. As you have noticed, there is unfortunately no indicator to users that this is the case. I wish Cisco would disable the option to change profile pictures when it's not supported by the organization's configuration.
