Feature Request: Disable non-Active accounts

Product Management Team,

Would it be possible to add a feature that would disable a Named User Account based on non-usage thresholds i.e. If a host only held 1 meeting per month in the last 3 months?

Named User Accounts have an associated cost and would rather allocate license to user who can fully utilize the product.

Perhaps you want to switch to usage based licensing model?
since Cisco says: "...A Named User’s account must not be transferred to another person, except upon: (a) termination of the Named User’s employment or (b) with Cisco’s prior written approval."
