We have a claimed our corporate e-mail domain suffix but many users had registered with their corporate mail prior to us doing this. As such, they are now private users. Is it possible (using the API or otherwise) to get a list of these users so we can convert them?

Hi,
To manage users that signed up for Webex services using your organization's email domain, you can claim users into your organization by selecting the Claim Users option under Users > Manage Users in Webex Control Hub (https://admin.webex.com/). If you are claiming more than 250 users into your organization (or you want to make modifications to the user information before claiming), you will want to use CSV File Add or Modify Users option under Users > Manage Users. Refer to this article for more information: https://help.webex.com/en-us/nceb8tm/Claim-Users-to-Your-Organization-Convert-Users.
It's also worth noting that if you are using Directory Connector for synchronizing users from your corporate Active Directory to the identity store for your Webex org, you will want to disable synchronization before claiming users, otherwise the claim will fail. Also note, that unless you've verified and claimed your domain(s) prior to synchronizing users with Directory Connector, users will be in an inactive state until the users have confirmed their email address (via link provided in an email they receive.) For more details on this refer to the Deployment Guide for Cisco Directory Connector - specifically, I'd call your attention to the 'Convert Free Cisco Webex Teams Users in a Directory Synchronized Organization' section of the Manage Synchronized User Accounts in Control Hub chapter available here:

Hope that helps.
