Flickering video and 'loading' circles

When using the browser app, the video continuously flickers white and 'loading' circles appear on the screen, making it a very unpleasant meeting experience. We will use WebEx for an international conference and not everyone will be able to install the desktop app so we need to use WebEx via the browser. How can we solve this issue?

The Webex-Client offers a "status-info" - Window which may help to see if perhaps either the CPU-power and/or the connection-bandwidth is too low/impacting the meeting experience.
Did you check if the Web-Client also offers such a Status-Window? (sorry, really don´t know..)

In case the bandwidth is low, you may try to enable only those Webcams of people who are presenting/speaking and disable all others.
