I experienced the little issue about Debian 10 not being able to use the Webex app, this can be easily solved upgrading your kernel using buster-backports.
Add this to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-backports main
Then...
sudo apt update
Finally...
sudo apt -t buster-backports install linux-image-amd64
Reboot your system and you'll be able to use the Webex app.
