Full screen video not working

I am currently a student at a state university using Webex for online classes. I am having an issue in one class only, but not all of the other students are experiencing it. When the instructor switches his video to his camera, I only see it when I am in "grid view". When I try to switch to "active speaker video view" in order to see it full screen, I get no video and the error message that I have attached pops up in the top left corner of the Webex window. When the instructor shares his computer screen, I have no problems. I am using this on an iMac, but I do not think this is the problem.

I very sincerely doubt that what this message states is true of my computer. For many reasons, including the fact that this is the only class where this happens, I do not believe that this is the problem. Does anyone have any ideas?

If this is only happening with one meeting and the rest are working..I'd ask the host to check their meeting settings. Maybe they disabled video for participants?
