I am having a persistent issue with the bluetooth mute sync in Webex meetings. The mute function always mutes Webex in the meeting, but unmute only works occasionally. Sometimes it works a few times in a row, sometimes it takes toggling mute/unmute 10-20 times before Webex finally unmutes. All along the internal headset mute/unmute is working, but it's pointless since you can't unmute webex and there is no option to disable headset sync.
I've tried this with multiple Bluetooth headsets, multiple windows 11 PC's, and multiple Bluetooth dongles / built in Bluetooth chipsets. The behavior is consistent across all of them which makes me strongly suspect the issue is a bug in Webex meetings. I have a Yealink BH70 headset that works either via bluetooth or wired USB C. That headset works (unmutes) consistently when using USB, but not bluetooth.
I really liked this feature when it worked, it seems like it stopped working properly earlier this year.
