At my company we only give Webex host accounts to managers. We have a manager that would like her assistant to schedule the Webx meetings for her but does not want to disclose her account credentials. I do not want to purchase another Webex license just so someone can schedule a meeting for someone else.
Does anyone know of a settings that will allow this? I vaguely remember there was a way to do this many versions ago. Essentially a host could delegate control to an assistant much like I need now. Anyone have any ideas?
