How can I see which invited participants are attending the meeting?

I am currently adding the participants to webex and externally sending an Outlook appointment to the participants. Participants accept on Outlook. But unfortunately I can't see who accepted and who didn't on Webex.

If I connect Webex to Outlook, I still can't see who has accepted on Webex

Unfortunately, this does not show me whether the participants have accepted or declined. (I can only see who I invited).

Do I have to consider a step before (when I´m inviting someone)?

Hi @EB19 ,

Great question! Thanks for posting here in the Webex Community. In the Webex app, go to the calendar button on the left bar. There you can see all your upcoming meetings. Hover over the meeting you want to see who accepted and click Meeting Invitees. There, you will see who has and hasn't responded to the meeting yet.
