How come Virtual Background doesn't work? (Specs Attached)

I'm not quite sure why virtual background doesn't work on webex. Strangely, it works on skype and zoom no problem. Why is it different with webex? I enclosed a screenshot of my specs- can anyone tell me which of my specs is not meeting the requirement? Is my CPU too old? Surely I have enough ram and cores...

In addition, an administrator may deny the use of virtual backgrounds within it's organization. Have you checked that as well?
