How do I find the Outlook plugin for scheduling?

At one point I had an Outlook plugin working for scheduling meetings, but recently this disappeared from Outlook for me. I have been searching CEC and the Webex pages for how to install the plugin, but the best I've been able to find is this page. Unfortunately, it refers to using Microsoft Appsource, which I don't have access to, or installing from a local manifest file, but I don't know how to find that.

Is there some common place to find this plugin? I've installed it twice before, and each time it has been extremely difficult to find.

Update: I found it again under the Outlook addins, but it had somehow been disabled. I removed an put it back in, and I seem to have it back.

I created the following instructions for our staff.  

1. Close the Outlook desktop app
2. If you can, go to the Microsoft App source at the following link and login O365 account
3. https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-US/ 
4. In the upper right, click in the Search box and find Cisco Webex Scheduler.
5. Click on Get it now
6. Follow the instructions to add the app to your D11 Office 365 Outlook account
7. After it’s successfully installed, open the Outlook desktop app
8. Test that it installed by clicking on “New Meeting” and you should see it in at the right side of the tool bar. 
9. You will need to sign in to Webex the first time you use this tool.

Note:  I recommend you click on Webex Preferences the first time you use this app.  You can select the meeting type, Personal Meeting Room or Webex Meeting and the template type.  When this is set, it will default to these settings for all future meetings until you change it again.
