How do I fix the quality problem of host tumbnail?

8Could you please tell me how do I solve the quality problem of host's thumbnail?

 

When I expand host's thumbnail to whole view, my quality is really bad so that I can't see what exactly my host writes on board.

 

To solve this problem, I changed my notebook to new one which I bought.

 

But again this problem is ongoing.

 

When I used my mobil phone on webex, this problem no more exists.

So if you can not solve the problem which I already said on the top.

Could you please tell me how to expand host's thumbnail to whole screen when I use my mobil phone.

With "thumbnail" you mean the camera-image/screenshare-content provided by the host, right?
And the image-quality on the Computer/Notebook is far from high-resolution but this problem does not occur when using the smartphone, correct?

Which type of connection does the phone use? 3G/4G-LTE/5G/ WIFI?
Which type of connection does your computer use? (LAN? WIFI? else?)
In case your devices use different technologies to connect, we may perhaps find the solution there...

During the Webex-Meetings - Meeting you may check the connection statistics (see HELP-Menu of the Webex-Meetings-Client).
I guess, Webex-Teams does not (yet?) offer a similar statistics view...
