How to create a default scheduling template in Meetings and then share in the org as default template?

I am looking in the documentation on how to create a default scheduling template and then use this template as the default for all users in the hub. 

 

So far only got the info on how to change, delete but nothing on how to create one that can be shared?

Hello! 

If you are a Webex Site Admin you can do this by: 

1. As a host, create the scheduling template on your Webex site. 

2. When creating the template make sure to check the box "Save as a Standard Template" in the panel where you are naming the tempate
3. Now log into the Webex Admin Webex Settings section in Site Admin or Control Hub and locate "Meetings" 

4. Scroll down to the bottom of that section and you will see the template you created and can switch it to be the default template.
