Hello all,
I urgently need to trim a few minutes off the end of a Webex Meeting recording. I've read the advice at https://help.webex.com/en-us/0zbv00/Trim-the-Beginning-and-End-of-Your-Webex-Meetings-or-Events-Recording, however, this doesn't work: there is no "settings" icon in my video, so I can't open up "edit playback range." Instead of a bar with the Settings cog icon, the bottom part of the video looks like this:
Weirdly, looking through my other recordings, it seems my recordings made in Webex Teams have the Settings icon and can be trimmed, but recordings made in Webex Meetings appear as above.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
