Hi everyone,
sorry i did not found a topic, that’s why i make a question here.
My question is how do i manage a physical meeting room?
We have in our biggest meeting room a CISCO Room kit.
But for our medium rooms we have just the WebEx App.
The problem here is that the user can see the name and especially the description of all meetings in this room. Our business doesn’t want that. But they don’t want to copy the link in every Meeting manual from a email or log in on webex.com.
Is there a setting for that or a solution ?
