There are several ways to do this depending on which app you're using for scheduling. Regardless of how you do it though there is always an option for a recurring meeting. When you are creating the meeting either in a corporate calendar app or in the web portal, look for Recurring meeting option. In the web portal it has box next to it and when you click on the box it opens an additional menu. In your corporate calender, you should have a recurrence option when you create a meeting.
