I can’t use my account

I’ve upgraded my account for a fee, but I cannot use my account to start a meeting after I upgraded it. I cannot set up my account features either.

When did you upgrade your account? Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for the changes to be applied.

 

Have you tried logging out and in from the Webex App?
