I downloaded this program on my computer and used it.
But Webex teams showed me error message when I logined .
when i logined Webex teams, Webex teams showed the messages "The account on the server is incorrectly configured" or "I can't patch the server lists"
I have to solve this problem to take a lecture.
please tell me how to solve this problem

@ken02043 , did you try running the Media Test to see if network is correctly configured?

Depending on the type of account you have, you may want to try to log on to the Web-Client of Webex-Teams.
This may perhaps help to find out, if the issue is related to your computer/the client-Software on your computer
OR if the issue is on the "other end".

I tried log in at "https://teams.webex.com/signin"
It was fine. It's alyways been fine.
But I want to use "WEBEX TEAMS CLIENT"!!!!!!
Is there any solution?

I think, aggressive writing is possibly not the very best option when asking for support.
Your succesful test with the Web-Version of Teams showed that the issue is not caused by some Cloud-Config on the Cisco-Side.
You may also additionally check, if the Smartphone/Tablet-App is working fine.
If this also works, I am pretty sure, that the Computer-Setup needs some attention.
