If a call comes in during a Webex meeting, my android speakerphone switches off. Tried to figure out how to ignore incoming calls when in a meeting, but the instructions given by Webex don't seem to work. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 (Android). The site tells me to go to settings, do not disturb. I don't see this option on either my desktop or android app.

Hi , I have a Samsung galaxy nine note . If you mean set your phone to do not disturb so calls don't disturb you . Then you swipe down from the top of your phone where you have all the icons like data and WiFi and aeroplane mode etc and there is a do not disturb one . If you long press on that . Then there you can choose exceptions . So I think then if you allow media but have no exceptions for calls etc . It should work but try it first . You can do a test if the microphone and speakers as you know .
Sorry if I am patronising you .
Happy for you to try it out with me . We don't have to show faces . Also there is a test meeting isn't there by cisco . Cant remember where I found that
Good luck

Oh no so sorry . That must be so annoying . Have I got it right that you join the meeting via your phone. I wonder if you can block all calls coming or divert them temporarily with an answer machine message . Hope you can find your answer . I find the tac support very helpful . They are for technical issues but when they can't help they took my number then someone rang me from America . They then joined me in a webex meeting and shared my screen and sorted out my problems for me . They were so patient with me . If you want more details let me know
