I do not really look for a solution for this, I mainly wanted to tell you about this - perhaps its useful for some of you?
Webex blocks a game from running full-screen in foreground.
When Webex is open (just in "stand-by" - mode), the game* does not stay in full-screen mode - it switches to the background after less than a second, no matter how and how often I bring the game to front again.
(Game in window-mode does work..)
*Game = Assasins Creed Origins (Ubisoft)
interesting... I wonder if this webex-behavior may have some more side-effects to other, business-orientated applications etc.
