Inviting guests to a meeting

Hosted a Webex meeting for practice  and the learning experience generated these questions:

  1. Where is the list of people invited to a meeting stored? 
  2. From inside the Webex meeting I clicked on More, a menu popped-up, one option was Invite.  I clicked on Invite and was asked for an email address.  Can you import an email address from your Contacts list?

1. You can sign into your Webex portal and go to the meeting detail page to find all meetings

2. You have to type in the emails individually from the client or you can click on the link below the box to bring up an email application where you can use a a distribution list to invite.
