I have a question concerning slow channel webex site upgrade.
Let's say we want to upgrade a webex site to the version 40.10 and we have agreed a time window.
From what i read, the backup site will take over during the upgrade.
it is also not recommended to schedule meeting during the upgrade.
I have two questions:
1. What really happen during the upgrade? is it true that the backup site will take over until the main site is back?
2. What is the "downtime" of the main site?
