Linux Mint Webex client not starting

Hi,

I have been using the Webex client for a few months now, without any issues, but starting three days ago Webex would just not start, neither via desktop shortcut nor via terminal.

When checking the logs I found that there were barely any new entries, the only log with some info on what the problem could be was

~/.local/share/Webex/hostLogs/webexhost.txt

which stated that 'libcrypto.so.1.1' could not be located, even though it was clearly present at

~/.local/share/WebexLauncher/44.5.0.29672_8d9c2938-61e8-4ed5-a32b-45d157e3f656/lib/

The only way I found to get the client to launch was deleting/renaming the Webex/ and WebexLauncher/ directories, after which the client would start without issues, aside from, of course, requiring me to log in anew and changing all the settings to their default values.

Does anyone else have experience with this and know how to fix this?
If not, maybe someone knows if there is a way to copy my settings so i don't have to re-set them every day.

Hello I will narrow it down for you.
You just need to delete the VersionSelector, nothing else needed to delete.
