Hello all. I am in a Webex meeting with a participant. The participant is sharing their screen and I have taken control of their screen to update a document. Don't ask me why but the document is not permitted to leave the participant's computer so we are using Webex to enable me to remotely access the document.
When the participant locks the screen because the computer will be unattended, screen sharing stops. Is it possible for Webex to be configured so that screen sharing continues even when the screen is locked?
