Make meeting participants arrive directly to the lobby.

When I host a meeting in my personal meeting room, I can lock the meeting. This causes connecting participants to arrive in the lobby first, where I can admit them when I want.

I would like the same feature for a scheduled meeting (i.e. not my personal meeting room). But when I lock the meeting there, connecting participants just get a message that they cannot join ("The host has restricted meeting access ..."). Is it some setting I have to change? I would like connecting participants to arrive in the lobby directly.

@mattias_vd , what version of Webex are you using? If you're on version 40.9 or above, you should be able to get that same lobby experience with scheduled meetings.
