I'm having a problem with the video portion of a meeting. The attached image shows the issue -- four small rectangles and otherwise a blank screen. It seems that it's only on my end -- participants see me normally. If I select to show myself in mirror view, then my video of myself is fine (also attached), but I still see others in the meeting as shown in the attached image, four thin rectangles rather than a usable image. I've had them try flipping their mirror image toggle and it doesn't help on my end. One time I resized the window and it made them appear normally, but then when I adjusted the window size again it went back to the rectangles and I haven't had it normal again since.
Windows 10 up to date. WebEx version 40.9.8.3. Logitech C525 camera. I have tried downloading the webex installer and doing the "repair" installation as well.
I've successfully used webex with the same equipment before, so I'm not sure what changed. Teams and Zoom don't have this behavior, so I think it's a webex issue.
Thanks for your help.

Hello @scott_worthington ,
Thanks for posting your question in communities!
This is not a WebEx issue but a known issue with graphic cards. Following the below steps should fix the issue.
Please check if the graphics card used by the user is an Nvidia graphics card. The issue may have caused by a setting of the NVIDIA video adapter.
Try to set GPU Preference Emphasizing to Performance mode.

Updating the graphics card driver may also help to fix the issue.

Yes! Thank you. I had adjusted the nvidia 3D image setting to quality over performance and I forgot! When I simply set it back to "Let the 3D application decide" it works on my end without mirroring, so I assume that it will show participants as well.
Thank you!
