When I plan a meeting via the Webex web app, the outlook meeting subject always starts with "invitation for meeting: <subject>". If any details are changed, the Outlook meeting subjet will state "meeting changed: <subject>".
This is actually quite annoying. We are all working through videoconferencing due to Covid. So my whole schedule i filled with meetings called "invitiation for meeting:", with the actual subject of the meeting usually not visibile. It is also very distracting.
How do I remove this from any Webex meetings I plan?
(NB I'm Dutch, the actual words are dutch so the above is a translation of it).
