This text "[EXTERNAL] Registration approved for Webex meeting:" precedes the actual meeting title when scheduled from the Webex site. This does not happen when scheduling from within Outlook. How do we prevent this as it makes it hard for attendees to pick out the subject of the meeting.
We're finding particularly bothersome when we set up conference calls for large groups.
