Meetings list refresh; and application resolution

We are migrating users from Meetings to the Webex application. Two comments, and I am curious if others are experiencing or feel the same (or not):

1) REFRESH: People use the application to see and jump into their next meeting. However, the new Webex application does not seem to refresh in real-time, and the person's 'next' meeting is not always on-top of the list. They often have to hit the Today button to make that happen. Is that something others are experiencing? is it something that can be fixed? This is considered a big deal for us.

2) RESOLUTION: This is hard to explain, but basically, the Webex application 'screen resolution' seems to be a bit too large. My Windows display scale is set to 125% and most applications look consistent. But the Webex application just seems too large, chunky. It feels like it should be tightened up, be one point size smaller, maybe even be more high resolution? This is less of a priority and I am sure it is a subjective point.

* I also posted these into the Idea Listing Portal.

I have a similar refresh issue. My Webex desktop app is syncing with Outlook from Windows. When I update a meeting from Outlook to change the date/time of the meeting, that does not sync with the desktop app. If I log into my organization's Webex site, the calendar there is updated. I don't see a way to force a sync of the desktop app calendar. Signing out and back in doesn't update the calendar, and removing the Outlook calendar sync and then adding it back doesn't resolve either.

Edit - I also just discovered that how I sign in to the desktop app changes things. My company uses email where you can send to firstnamelastname@company.com or firstname.lastname@company.com and the email makes it either way. Depending on which email style I use to sign in, I see different items in the Meetings section of my desktop app (both are linked to the same Outlook email).

My profile on the Webex site shows firstname.lastname@company.com, but when I sign into the desktop app using that email address that is where I don't see the meetings refreshing when I change dates/times. That style of email should be the login. I can tell because my icon in the upper left corner of the desktop app is the same picture I see when I sign in on the website. When I sign in using the email address without the dot, I just see my initials in the upper left corner (indicating it's not the same account), but the meetings have the correct dates and times on that account.
