Message alignment

Hello, is it possible to arrange that in the conversation my messages are right-aligned, and the messages of other participants are left-aligned?

Nope, that is not possible.

I think that would also be difficult when havin threads, wouldn't it?

I don't exactly understand why that would be difficult. Left alignment for other people's messages and right alignment for my own is very simple and a much better user experience.
