Hi all
Prior to the last update, my Webex message notifications showed up on my phone lock screen and when it saw my face and unlocked, I would get a preview of who sent me the message and the first few lines. Since the latest iOS app update, I have noticed that when I have a new message on Webex the notification that shows up on my lock screen only says "you have a new message", even when unlocked. No details about who it is from, or a preview of said message. To see the message, I need to swipe the notification, which opens the Webex app and reads the message (marking it as 'read' in the process). This is not what I want to be happening. I have checked the notification settings in the phone and I definitely have it set to "show preview when unlocked", and in the Webex app itself, the notification settings also have 'show message preview' turned on.
Has anyone noticed this? Is it a Webex bug, or something Apple has done? How can it be fixed?

The Webex App "messaging" has never been reliable for me (intermittent at best) on iPhone 12 and Apple Watch 7 or my Apple Carplay. The organizations I work for UT Health and Univesity Health have the same issues with the Webex App. 47637 users. Hope to see updates to the Webex app.

I also had the same behavior earlier but it's back to giving me a preview. Try refreshing your app again to see if it fixes it

I did have the same issue on my iPhone the past few weeks, but it seems to be working correctly again. Not sure if it was related to an app update, an iOS update, or a backend change by Cisco... Look in the app store and see if there's a newer version available to update. Otherwise, hopefully it will resolve itself shortly.
