Moderators in Teams

I use Teams for work and we have a bunch of different spaces created with different people. I have noticed in some spaces we can see moderators and set people as moderators. In other spaces, we can't see that at all and can't edit the moderators. Is that because of how the space was created? I have messed with the settings and I can't find that anywhere.

Just for your information: Cisco renamed "Webex-Teams" to "Webex" recently.
You may want to keep this in mind to avoid misunderstandings, in case some answers/links refer to "Webex"...

As far as I know, there are spaces and spaces which are part of teams ("team-spaces" ?)
Spaces do not have a moderator, Teams do - by default it´s the creator of the space.
