Hello,
I got myself a brand new Jabra Elite 85h. It really has great audio, and it works pretty good with my Mac Book Pro and my iphone.
But: the second I join a webex meeting (just starting my own meeting is enough), I get pretty loud static noise on the headset. I can still hear other people talk and that, but everything sounds pretty muffled.
I do not have that problem when making calls with other tools, like slack or facetime from my Mac.
I do not have that problem when using another headset.
But coworkers tell me that they see the same, for example with Apple Airpods and the B&O 9hi. Maybe webex has a problem with headsets that do noise cancellation?
Any idea?
