NetAcad Webex license conflict with Organization old Webex subs

I am a Network Academy instructor that uses my organization email as the primary email for my NetAcad account. In 2021, NetAcad sent an invite to instructors to have a free Webex license, to make the story short I subscribed to the free license and got to the process and activated it using my organization email. I can login my activated account to the Webex desktop app and to https://web.webex.com but not to https://webex.com

I believe NetAcad sent an invite with full Webex license but for some reason, it is conflicting with my organization's Webex old subscription since I’ve used my organization email to sign up and it is not giving me a full-featured account, my organization does not use Webex anymore and no one knows if the admin account is still working. I can use Webex but limited entitlement like it cannot schedule meeting which according to NetAcad I should be able to with the NetAcad license.

Below is the captured image of what appears as my Webex profile – I did not set any of this information. I tried to sign up to webex.com using my organization email again, but it says “This email is linked to an enterprise account managed by an administrator”
