(new user request) access request api error

In WebEx Control Hub we have received a new request user account in WebEx and once we try to approve and click on approve below error displayed
"access request api error "

please need your support to solve this so user so far can login normally

I'd suggest to open a tac case in case of such an error.

First request will probably to capture a har file while the issue occurs, so you may directly attach it to your case
