I have set up a meeting where my guests will call in using the webbrowser. However unfortunately every time i get the following error:
I'm sure someone had this problem before, or it is highlighted someowhere, but i cant seem to find the solution online

That is odd as I often have participants join using the browser instead of the desktop app. When you schedule the meeting what audio options are you using? (Can check in your account under preferences or when scheduling.. advanced options audio.. and checking what your settings are.)

well it i selected VOIP Only as no other items are available .... and when people join they get the below.
I thought it was my computer only but my colleagues all get the same...(all on mac) ...... and i'm connecting in chrome so should have no issues
