All attendees hear me but there is no video. I can see and hear everyone. webcam working fine, internet connection good. One attendee gets this,

Due to bandwidth or local computer connection video is not currently available.

Any ideas?

Thank you

Jim

Sorry, I realize I am a little late to the party. I just found this thread while researching a similar issue I encountered when trying to do a video call with our customer (audio working, no video, rather generic error message hinting on bandwidth or connection issues... ).

What web-browser were you and the other attendees using? In our case, it did not work on Firefox or Chromium (all Linux Desktops), but when using Google Chrome (Tested in Version 90.0.4430.93, 64Bit on Debian Sid), video was working (with slight hick-ups every now and then). Just guessing here: maybe this issue could be related to some particular video codec being used by webex? Something that is maybe not available in all browsers?

Wondering if this is related to a known bug.. Virtual Background Crashes Webex ClientCSCvv88245

Before you enter a webex-meeting, the software will show a preview-Window to allow you to check Audio- and Video-Settings.
Does this preview work?

In case you are using a Notebook: does this computer has some kind of slider/cover over the Webcam-Lens?
To send your Webcam-image it´s necessary, that your internet-connection has enough upload - bandwidth; does it?

Hi,

Yes the preview does look good. I have a desktop pc,

And upload bandwidth is 10.51 mbps. I am currently running Version 40.10.6.11.

Hope this helps,

Thank you.
