Not able to integrate Cumulus Chat Bot to Webex

Ishan Kumarasinghe • I have a requirement to integrate socialminer webchat with a chat bot. In the dCloud i can see there is a chat bot called Cumulus. But i have no idea how the integration is done on there. even the chat requestes are not landing on the configured webchat csq. Could you please assist on my requirement.

I'm not exactly sure where you found this Cumulus Bot as you mentioned you got it from dCloud.
However, from the details you have shared, it looks like this is the Bot you're discussing about - https://www.airslate.com/bot/explore/cumulus-by-canto-bot

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If this is the case, then unfortunately we can't do much on this since this Bot is not supported by Cisco. It is not available under https://apphub.webex.com/ and if you need any support on this Bot, you need to contact the general support for this BOT i.e., https://my.airslate.com/help-center

My actual requirement is to integrate socialminer web chat with dialogflow. in the following document in opage 23 I can see a diagram which indicates the integration with dialogflow.
