for last two days I am not able to send any screenshots or file using webex teams.

I'm the Webex Administrator at my organization and I am also having this issue with a couple of end users. When trying to take a screenshot with the screen tool in the Webex app, they will receive the error message "Unable to send your message" and when someone else sends a document, picture or any type of file, they receive the error message "Failed to load Preview. Click to download the file."
What's weird is that this works perfectly fine for some users and another users are consistently having the issue.
Methods of troubleshooting steps we're already tried:
Uninstalled all Webex applications from Control Panel. Also used Cisco's Webex Removal Tool (https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX000026378/Meeting-Services-Removal-Tool), then ran a clean reinstall the Webex app, tested, issue still persists.
Cleared Webex cache (https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX000023766/How-Do-I-Clear-the-Cache-for-Webex), tested issue still persists.
What is also weird is that I am also unable to retrieve the users logs from Control Hub once they have sent them from their Webex app and it's only from these devices .
