We are shifting from using WebEx Training Center to WebEx Meetings due to some of the new enhancements, functionality and features introduced over the last few months - most ostensibly adding breakout sessions with video capability. One big hurdle we are trying to overcome, however, is that there does not appear to be the ability to file share or create an interactive whiteboard in breakout sessions, thus limiting the interactivity in those sessions. In Training Center, not only could whiteboards be shared, but they could then be brought back into the main session for "debrief" purposes once breakouts had ended.
1. Does anybody know if these features are on Cisco's roadmap for incorporating into Meetings?
2. In the absence of these features, can anybody share best practices around not taking, collaboration, etc. IN breakout rooms?
Any guidance, knowledge or sharing would be greatly appreciated!
