Online status

Hi all, I would like to ask you for help:

My colleagues Can´t see if I am online or in a meeting on webex, nor I can see their status. Could you give me some advice please?

First things first, make sure this feature is turned on for you. Profile pic-->Settings-->General-->Show availability and statuses

 

Secondarily, I have seen this happen occasionally and completely exiting the Webex app and restarting it has restored the status reporting. I believe I saw a bug report around this specific issue recently so you also may want to see if there are any updates you can apply if Step 1 is not the issue.

Hi Alexandra,

This usually happens due to connection issue or an app issue.

You can check your connection by going to the Help menu under Health Checker.

If the connection looks good, on this same screen there is an option to “Reset” the database, you can try that also.
