This morning, I joined a meeting in Webex. Almost 60 people were present, but I could not see any of them. I do this often, and usually I see the array of video thumbnails on my screen. This time, I was in the meeting, everyone could see and hear me, but I could not see them. At the time I had a healthy broadband signal, and no other devices (tv, phone, etc) in the house were in use. What is the most common cause of this anomaly? What can I do to prevent it from happening again? — many thanks!

My computer: MacBook Pro (2.6GHz 6-Core Processor, 6-core i7 processor, 16GB memory)
My Internet: 150 mbps Down, 150 mbps Up [fiber optic]
