Outlook contacts missing in Webex

I have a Webex client which I use to call clients with a headset. In Outlook, I have one emailadres. I have about 1000 contacts with phone number in Outlook.

Normally, it is possible to see the outlook contacts that match the name I enter (see screenshot in attachment). They automatically appear after entering the name.

But on one of my computers, Windows 10 pro, for reasons I do not understand, this does not work anymore. The outlook contacts do not appear anymore in the drop down. A couple of weeks ago, this worked perfectly fine. Maybe an update caused this to stop working? I have no idea.

I already reinstalled the latest version of webex and office several times. And rebooted my pc several times.

I also registered the spark-windows-office-integration.dll and I am able to initiate a call by clicking on the phone number in Outlook. And this still works fine. The status-information dialog is also in attachment. The Outlook integration is red. I have no idea why. I also don't know if this is related.

Can anyone help me?

I have found an answer to my question myself.

When using a Windows user account that has administrator rights, the problem described happens.

When using a Windows user account without administrator rights, the outlook contacts appear correctly in the dropdown of Webex.

This is very weird, but I am sure of it.
