There are a few recurring WebEx meetings that I am in where everyone in the meeting needs to access the same URL. The current best way to do this is to "spam" the URL in the WebEx Meeting Chat. The problem with this is that anytime someone new joins the meeting and needs the URL, we have to "spam" it in the chat again. This doesn't seem like a great use of the chat feature and it would be greatly desired to have a URL that is persistently active somewhere in the interface so that even if someone joins the meeting after the link is posted, they can still see it and click it.
