Hello,
I am currently experiencing an issue with my WebEx Personal Meeting Room. I am unable to start or schedule any meetings. On the web application, the "Start" and "Schedule" icons are grayed out and display the error message: "Your Personal Meeting Room meeting link is being set up. Please try again later." I screenshot this error and attached it.
Additionally, the Desktop App only provides an option to join a meeting, with no options to start or schedule one. Screenshot attached as well
I have been unable to identify the cause of this issue and cannot generate a meeting link. If anyone can provide guidance on how to resolve this or how to start/schedule meetings under these circumstances, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
