Hi,
We have a problem with webex app and cucm calling regarding the connection to the phone services.
MAC systems in local lan and CUCM cluster 11.5.x. The user can connect to the phone services after entering uc domain and user / pw (ldap auth). Now he can work / do and get calls via cucm. On the evening he closes his mac book. In the morning he opens the mac again. Now he must enter the password for the phone services again. Now he can work again. This happens day bay day. Looks like the password is not stored. Username is still shown in the webex app dialog.
Any ideas?

I was facing the same issue same version of CUCM (11.5) but not on MAC, but on Windows and we had Expressway involved.
It got resolved after installing Webex Client ver. 41.8.

Mac: Version 41.9.0.19961
same with systems in internet "connected" via expressways
