So far my experience has been mixed with this. I was tasked with preassigning breakout rooms for about 80 people in a meeting. I'm going by memory from a couple of weeks ago but I created the .csv. Some or most people were recognized to have Webex accounts. I forget exactly how this displayed while scheduling but to try to be certain they were added to the right rooms I doubled up with those people. Assigning both their email and the Webex account. When it came time for the actual meeting I would say that at least half were not assigned. Would this be because they didn't use the right email when joining the meeting perhaps? Is that how they are recognized by the system? I would need to and have not had time for more testing of this. Especially with larger groups as that's not overly viable.
Has anyone else had something like this?
